Led and managed the full redesign of the event wayfinding system with an ensuring user-centred approach.

My responsibilities included coordinating content with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment across signage, maps, and the event app. Design of artworks for directional signage and produced comprehensive allocation plans with codes, ensuring all spaces were coded correctly and artworks were prepared to specification. This also included creating allocation plans for installation and positioning of each signage to deliver a seamless onsite navigation experience.
